Please follow the manufactures' directions and when burning candles, do not leave them unattended. It is recommended that you burn candles for 2-3 hours at a time or less.

How do I clean up spilled or splattered soy?

It is very easy to clean up after soy, just use warm soapy water on hard surfaces. On fabrics, always follow what is recommended by the manufacturer.

Do I need to trim the wick before burning each time?

You can. If you do, make sure to trim it to 1/4" after the candle has cooled from burning.

Is there a proper way to store soy candles?

Keep candles away from sunlight for prolonged periods of time, this can cause discoloration. Soy can start to soften and or melt above 80 degrees Farenheit. Keep candles stored in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight.

Why does the candle have drops of moisture on it?

Soy tends to sweat in extreme temperatures and it will not affect the burning of the candle. You can blot the candle or leave it alone.
